Associate Manager, Ship-to-home Operations

**What you'll do**

As the _Associate Manager, Ship to Home Operations and Home Services _you will be part of a team supporting the daily operations, growth, and future proofing of the business. For Ship to Home Operations, you will focus on optimizing current processes for sustainable growth that supports the business and store/customer experience. You will also be accountable for integrating new capabilities into day-to-day operations. You will be working with teams including Supply Chain/Transportation, IT, and FP&A on a variety of tasks to support and drive the business, while having fun.
- Understand the Ship to Home Operations and the Home Services businesses end to end. As well as a strong understanding of ecommerce, order fulfilment, store operations, and technical system knowledge to assist in issue resolution and investigation.
- Monitor key performance indicators for Ship to Home Operations and Home Services to identify opportunities to drive improved customer experience and increased profitability.
- Partner with National and Regional providers to reinforce service standards and ensure key performance metrics are achieved.
- Identify cross-functional operational issues and assist in issue resolution and conduct data and process analysis to support decisions on business requirements and necessary changes.
- Determine, document, and review new/modified business processes with appropriate stakeholders once changes are validated through analytical methods.
- Maintain and encourage open lines of communication between all cross-functional areas to drive stronger relationships and collaboration.
- Identify issues, analyze impacts, development, and delivery of all aspects of change management for new processes including training, education, communication, and job design.
- Some After hours support (remote) for emergency issues impacting business may be required.

**What You Bring**
- Post-Secondary education in Business and or a related field
- 5+ years progressive eCommerce, Home Services and/or Store Operational experience
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written to effectively deliver insights and interact with stores, IT and other cross-functional teams effectively.
- Collaborative team players with superior influencing skills, who build relationships easily across various stakeholder groups to move initiatives forward.
- You are passionate about customer service and delivering the Canadian Tire brand promise.
- Ideally you have a strong overall knowledge of the general trades/service operations as they relate to In-Home installation/Assembly service for the Canadian Tire product assortment.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously from both internal and external customers.
