About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Supervisor to join our team at Sweets from the Earth. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics of our organization, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Logistics Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize tasks, manage inventory, and optimize shipping routes to meet customer demands.
  • Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of logistics operations.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies to support our operations.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to shipping staff on policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure high-quality service.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our logistics operations and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
