Job Title: Contracts Intern ~ RQ 24-54 ~

We are searching for an eager Contracts Intern. This role will report to the Supervisor, Contracts Management and will work with contracts team and support the roll-out and implementation of a new system and support various contract management activities. The intern will also gain hands-on experience with contract negotiation and compliance processes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Contracts Management team with the following:
- General contract management activities
- Drafting of contractual documents
- Integration of new processes
- Data migration of contracts and supporting documentation into new contracts management system
Your Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of an undergraduate program (Business/ Supply Chain or relevant program) and returning to studies in Fall 2025
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Shows initiative, takes ownership of work and ensures follow through/ completion of tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
