Job Summary:
Rogers is seeking a skilled Contract Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Technology organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of government contracts by overseeing the entire contract compliance process. This includes managing contract data, processing reports and claims, and coordinating with government counterparts to ensure compliance with regulations and contractual obligations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the contract compliance process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of reports and claims
- Coordinate with government counterparts to ensure compliance with regulations and contractual obligations
- Develop and implement processes to improve contract efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor and report on contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of contracts and services
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with government counterparts and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools, with experience in geospatial tools and cloud-based services a plus
