**Account Executive** focused on day-to-day business/renewals/escalations/more bandwidth/additional equipment/expansion and possibly new services
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Understanding each account’s strategic business objectives
- Proactively working with customers after purchase to ensure customer satisfaction and identify any new sales opportunities
- Recommend product changes, service, or policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Briefing the customers about new or additional products/services
- Assisting customer care with customer problems and renewals
- Responding to complaints
- Evaluating the financial performance and decision-making process of each customer
- Conducting regular business review and planning sessions with customers
- Leveraging resources to ensure customers receive the full economic value that our solutions offer
- Follow sales processes implemented by the Company
- Developing meaningful, long-term relationships with customers at multiple levels to ensure continued success.
OTE: $80,000
**Salary**: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
