Assistant Front Office Manager

The Park Inn by Radisson Leduc is looking for an upbeat, organized, driven individual to join our team as our Assistant Front Office Manager. Under the general guidance and supervision of the General Manager, the Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for all aspects of the front desk operation ensuring that Guest Service Agents & Night Auditors provide impressive customer service and supporting the General Manager in other areas as needed such as Housekeeping and Food and Beverage operations. Must be available to work morning, evening, on weekends and holidays.
**Job Duties**
- Customer Satisfaction (Guest Feedback, Social Media Review).
- Showing Initiative, Problem Solving, Staff Training, Team Leading.
- Manages and motivates the Front Office team in order to provide a high standard of service for customers.
- Provide high level of customer service and maintain a high profile in the day to day front office operations.
- Handles any guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by team members and provides a fast solution.
- Review arrival list for all arrivals and VIPs to check room allocations, amenities and special requests.
- Be knowledgeable and ensure all brand standards are adhered to.
- Conduct regular front desk, administration office and inventories, control and inspection of all supplies, equipment and make approved purchases.
**Requirements**:
- Minimums 2 years’ Hotel Experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Hospitality is an asset.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently.
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must carry a valid proof of eligibility to work in Canada such as Work Permit or Citizenship.
- Must be available to work morning, evening, on weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: $44,094.00-$45,390.00 per year
