Lincoln, Canada Hendriks Greenhouses Full time

Job Duties Will Include:

- Route and schedule drivers and make all necessary appointments
- Prepare driver paperwork, cart labels and load reports for outbound freight
- Arrange external carriers and maintain relationships with all warehouses and outsourcing routes as needed
- Ensure all costing with internal and external shipments is maintained and reported
- Prepare customs paperwork for U.S. bound shipments and support the Sales Department with this process, as needed
- Keep maintenance schedule for company vehicles, coordinate service, maintain reports and communicate with external parties
- Work with all departments as needed to support and ensure accurate and reliable routes and deliveries
- Maintain contact with drivers, provide after hours support to drivers as needed

Qualifications:

- Post secondary diploma/degree in a related field
- Strong written and verbal skills and an ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
