**Job Description-**

Advance Marble & Granite is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Toronto team. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role encompasses managing the quality and consistency of product and service delivery. You will be the main point of contact for all sales activities on assigned accounts and need to be an active player in developing new business and manage current business, while building relationships.

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals who have experience in the Fabrication and knowledge of different types of stones used for commercial and residential projects. You will be executing a sales process that will provide product knowledge and solutions to each project. Working with the Production Managers and Sales team, this role requires an experienced person who can work independently as well as organize and prioritize workload to accomplish the agreed schedule.

We envision someone with years of experience who knows how to manage challenges and has an analytical perspective to implement proper procedures and processes.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Work and collaborate daily with all internal departments
- Complete multiple tasks while adhering to strict deadlines
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Developing and maintaining effective, sound and healthy communication with a wide range of people at various levels within the company and its customers and suppliers
- Work with current clients to provide quotes and estimates
- Understanding customer needs and requirements and producing quotes based on the materials identified
- Use measurements provided by a potential customer
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, networking with associations to promote Advance Marble & Granite
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, and Excel in particular) is a must
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Out-of-the-box thinking to develop innovative solutions for current and future projects.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Experience in the Construction industry is an asset
- Able to read plans and drawings is an asset
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years outside sales experience
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
