The Sales Coordinator is responsible for helping Techify deliver exceptional service through daily quoting, proposal development, purchasing and other support for our client base.

This role has a direct impact on the future of the client’s business and the technology strategies that will keep them relevant in a changing world. It is focused on client retention and has a lasting impact to the long-term success and growth of Techify.

Our expectation is that you will consistently execute our Intelligent Technology Consulting and sales processes to maintain high value to our clients.

**We want to hire you if**:

- You have a Bachelor's Degree (four-year accredited program Preferred), Field of Study: Business or related Customer service field
- You have 3+ years of experience in client services, or account management, and or sales
- You are able to lift 10-30lbs and comfortable to be seated for extended periods of time; use hands to operate computer, telephone and another office equipment
- You love Communication and speak clearly and persuasively while listening to ensure clarification
- You are great with group settings and able to demonstrate presentation skills and participate in meetings.
- You communicate well in writing, clearly and concisely displaying excellent grammar while tailoring your communications to different groups
- You are capable of identifying problems in a timely manner; gathering and analyzing information skillfully; developing alternative solutions; resolving problems in early stages, and working well in groups solving situations.
- You are professional, treat people with respect; keep commitments; inspire the trust of others; works with integrity and ethically while upholding organizational values.
- You have the ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.
- You have the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
- You have a high standard for strong client service.
- You don’t get annoyed by attention to detail, you know it’s what leads to success.
- You are able to maintain your calm in high-stress, constantly-changing situations.

**Things You Might Have Done Last Week if You Had Worked Here**:

- Provided quotes or proposals to a client for hardware, software or services.
- Handled an escalation from the VP or _Intelligent Technology_ Consultant or client by making sure an issue got taken care of.
- Worked with the team to review hardware requirements for a specific client project
- Worked with a vendor on timelines surrounding purchasing and procurement
- Trained on a product or service we provide to improve your knowledge.
- Provided support on project related administrative tasks by coordinating and managing project documentation, internal files, project records and client shipments.
