**Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and inquiries.
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Support inside sales efforts by making outbound calls and conducting telemarketing activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in inside sales or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with market analysis techniques and negotiation strategies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Bilingual in Chinese, Arabic or Russian is highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients.
- Experience in technology sales or telemarketing is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
