Boss Plumbing is currently seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator for our growing company, who will oversee the general operations of our business and assist with the management of daily logistics and budgets as needed.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Assist with the management of daily operational activities and administrative tasks
- Optimize the production process
- Identify and solve problems that exist at any level of the business
- Monitor and evaluate progress towards goals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are required
- Solve problematic situations quickly with a good eye for details
- Work with team leaders and managers to learn departmental needs and goals
- Facilitate cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams

Job Requirements:

- Business Operations:

- Gather data in QBO to maintain accurate operations costs and aid in projecting/ advising on business trends and growth.
- Documentation completion for fiscal year end.
- Coordinating/structuring company/employee skills with project opportunity.
- Assist in searching out and establishing new business vectors.
- Projects:

- BuildOps administration.
- Maintain project schedules, RFI’s, CO’s, submittals, PO’s, project costing, permitting, completion and WIP reports.
- Estimating:

- Send out tender requests to suppliers and subcontractors.
- Accumulate info for project estimation.
- Maintain estimate pipeline.
- Safety:

- Administration of project safety documentation.
- Documentation gathering and administration for annual COR audit.

Minimum Requirements & Skills:

- Good time management, prioritization and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
- Effective communication and organizational skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
- Proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role, minimum 3-5 years of experience is preferred
