**Your Impact**

As our new **Client Onboarding & Amendment Specialist**, you'll play a pivotal role in our client success story. This position sits at the intersection of client service, project management, and benefits administration, offering you the chance to make a significant impact on our rapidly growing organization.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Lead the New Business & Amendment Process**: Act as the primary contact for clients and advisors, guiding them through onboarding and contract amendments from start to finish
- **Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams**: Organize and lead multi-stakeholder meetings to ensure smooth and successful implementation of new clients and amendments
- **Create and Manage Project Timelines**: Develop detailed project timelines for onboarding and amendments, ensuring all deadlines are met and projects are completed on schedule
- **Provide Exceptional Service**: Deliver top-tier, white-glove service to clients, advisors, and internal teams, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process
- **Oversee Amendment Requests**: Collect, organize, and manage amendment requests from clients and advisors, ensuring all changes are handled efficiently
- **Collaborate with Internal Teams**: Work with internal departments to ensure necessary setups and changes are implemented correctly and in a timely manner
- **Ensure Smooth Transition**: Manage the handoff from implementation to ongoing benefits administration, ensuring continuity and client satisfaction

**Nice-to-Have Experiences**
- Canadian employee benefits administration or consulting
- Knowledge of group health, dental, life, and disability insurance products in Canada
- Familiarity with flexible benefit plans and health spending accounts
- Experience working with Canadian insurance carriers
- Fluency in French (an asset, but not required)
