Office Administrator/accounts Receivable

Responsibilities
- Accounts receivable/collections
- General reception duties (phone handling, coordinating courier pickups, etc)
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person
- Assist with the creation and production of reports
- Submitting and tracking Call Before U Dig line locates
- Creating and distributing correspondence such as letters, memos, faxes, etc.
- Filing & other general administrative duties (fax, scan, photocopy, copy, collate, ordering supplies, etc)
- Order office supplies and arrange for document shredding and other office needs
- Oversee mail distribution
- Enter work orders and service tickets for sales persons and install manager when needed
- Offer support to all departments and all other related tasks
- Special projects as requested by Owner or Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must also have strong time-management/organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
**Qualifications**:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have a valid, class 5 drivers license
- Must have Intermediate to Advanced Level of Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must have previous administrative assistant and/or receptionist experience or relevant post-secondary education.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must be available to work Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 4 pm (40 hrs week)
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
