With the current Office Manager retiring in 2022, we are seeking an Office Manager to join our team.

**About the Position**

The Office Manager is responsible for all human resource administration including recruitment and selection, performance management, employee training and development, and payroll. The Office Manager is also responsible for the accounting and administrative aspects of the office, including maintaining all professional membership and insurance requirements, completing general bookkeeping and reconciling trust accounts.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Manage HR administrative processes - payroll, time off, benefits
- Lead all recruitment and selection processes
- Lead onboarding process and arrange required training to new and existing staff
- Coordinate performance management process
- Liaise with Law Society of Saskatchewan for professional membership and insurance requirements; complete all necessary reporting
- Complete all general bookkeeping
- Provide general administrative support to lawyers and staff

**Qualifications**:

- Post secondary education in administration, human resources, accounting or business
- 5+ years of human resources experience and management experience, preferably in a professional environment
- 5+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Proficient with various software: MS 365, PCLaw, Soluno. QuickBooks and ADP
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
