With the ever increasing demand for support and service in the auto industry, our **Ogilvie Subaru** location is looking for an experienced **Sales** **Receptionist**.

**Responsibilities**
- Administrative sales duties such as filing, F&I paperwork, photocopying, answering and coordinating phone calls, etc.
- Greeting and supporting customers throughout their time at the dealership.
- Using POS system to support customer transactions.
- Effectively navigate and use various electronic tools and systems to organize and complete tasks.
- Lease Buyouts
- Delivery Coordination

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Deep passion and interest in human centered customer experiences
- High attention to detail and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Comfort working with all levels of staff and customers
- Strong verbal and written skills and proficiency in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gloucester, ON K1B 3M8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)
- English (required)
