**What you'll do**
- Manages and maintains executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepares and edits correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Monitors, screens, responds to, and distributes incoming communications.
- Coordinates project related tasks including contract preparation and document management.
- Maintains a safe, secure, and legal work environment with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Arranges and co-ordinates board and committee meetings, leadership meetings, events, and attending to logistics of meetings, including catering and technology requirements.
- Banking operations: including oversight of various bank functions such as completing bank compliance documents, retrieving data for daily and annual reports.
- Transaction processing: intercompany and external wire transactions, assist in revolver borrowing tracking and notices,
- Bill management and expense reporting; oversees bill payments, expense reports.
- Tax filling support; provides assistance in preparing and submitting filings and payments as needed.
- Maintain general office functions, including office supply inventory and ordering, office maintenance requirements, and act as a liaison with the building management on any suite needs (e.g. carpet cleaning, light fixture replacement, office temperature, etc.).
- Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments such as the payroll department and Executives as needed.

Experience and Education
- 5 years related experience preferred
- High School Diploma
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct research and create reports or presentations.
- Time management
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Basic computer and office equipment skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and experience in payroll processes including understanding of payroll legislation and compliance.
- Previous experience supporting senior executives and board members is highly desirable.
