**Nottawasaga Mechanical** is looking for a dedicated, hardworking **Office Administrator.**
Nottawasaga Mechanical started back in 1986, providing superior services has always been our main priority. Over the years, we have even received many awards from HVAC manufacturers for upholding their level of quality and craftsmanship when installing new products. We have also handled some of the most energy-efficient, off-grid, and sophisticated HVAC installs in the area.
With a great team of over 50 full-time employees and our own sheet metal shop for custom ductwork. Beyond comprehensive installs, we provide general repairs, preventative maintenance, and 24-hour service and support.

We service Simcoe County centrally located in Wasaga Beach, Ontario.
**OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR**
- **Responsibilities**:_
- General Office Duties: Filing, Ordering Stationary, Mail, Data Entry
- Assisting with A/P and A/R duties.
- Processing in house Visa, Master Card, and Debit transactions.
- Updating Spreadsheets.
- Answering and directing of all inbound calls.
- Greeting all walk-in customers at front desk.
- Other duties as assigned.
- **Qualifications**:_
- A/P and A/R experience.
- Microsoft Office experience: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail is an absolute.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with a mechanical company would be considered an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
