- ** Position**: Front Desk Customer Service Agent
- ** Location**: On-site - Pointe-Claire
- ** Schedule**: 8:00am-5:00pm (40 hours per week)
- ** Salary**: Starting at 45,000 (Depending on experience)
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers and visitors as they arrive at the premises in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide information about our products or services to customers, where appropriate.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring that it always reflects a professional image.
- Assist customers in responding to their questions, requests or problems in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Enter or process orders and follow up on quotations.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, document scanning and contract development and preparation.
- Perform administrative tasks in connection with the purchasing department.
- Monitor and respond to customer comments or feedback received online or through other channels.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless, efficient customer service and satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those relating to customer privacy and confidentiality.
***Education/ Qualification**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingualism required to communicate effectively with customers.
