**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Knowledge of the site being worked and site-specific job duties.
- Deportment
- complete site-specific uniform always worn. (Uniform provided)
- Customer service.
- Zero use of personal cell phone while on duty
- Respectful use of site equipment i.e., phones, radio, and scanners.
- Supporting other staff when needed i.e., signing staff in, manning of gates.
- Ticket taking, Gate/ Door Access.
- Help people find their seats.
- Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Good communication skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Patience and good listening skills.
- Exceptional Interpersonal skills.
- Flexible hours.
