Administration Executive

Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents
- Export/ Import Documentation like Sales Order/Purchase order/Invoice etc
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Manage the front desk and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage Courier services
- Assist with office organization and maintenance
- Utilize office equipment, including phone systems and document management software like Zoho
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office procedures and clerical duties
**Salary**: From $35,000.00 per month

- Markham, ON L3R 0A9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
