Our client is a leading consumer accessories supplier with a specific focus on the imaging, electronics, wireless, audio, sporting goods, and mobile electronics markets. They are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team
This role provides administrative support to executives, to ensure the successful execution of their respective operations. Task List Management: Maintain daily meetings with executives to ensure tasks are being completed on schedule and support administrative tasks wherever possible.

Travel Management: Schedule flights, hotel accommodations, car rentals and meeting schedules for team’s general travel.

Obtain and distribute purchasing, sales, and inventory reports to relevant parties.

Out of Office Support: Filter all important communications and action items while executives are travelling out of the office.

Keep schedules, office, and product samples, organized at all times.

Must have 3+ years prior Executive Administrative Assistant experience
· Completed College diploma or University Degree in Business Administration is preferred
· Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and working with an ERP (SysPro an asset)
