**Schedule**: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, fulltime. No weekends or holidays.

**Education**:

- High School Diploma required; post-secondary education is appreciated.

**Experience**:

- A background in administration or customer service is required; both is appreciated.

**Licences/Certifications**:

- valid driver’s license is required.

**Duties**: _All duties are variable and may change day-to-day_.
- Answering phones, taking messages, and paging
- Filing documents in hardcopy and digital forms
- Updating in-office advertisements as needed
- Run out-of-office errands (post office, resupply, or other)
- Filling in where needed
- Handling tenant request
- Showing properties
- Booking Showings

**Desired Skills/Qualifications**:

- Excels in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Experience coordinating appointments and schedules
- Experience with advertisement
- Takes initiative, can work both independently and in a team
- Confident and positive about working in a public setting
- Have a valid drivers license
- Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with a computer, especially Microsoft Office, Facebook, and Instagram
- Skilled communicator with an excellent grasp of English grammar and language
