Precision Well Servicing is currently seeking an **Accounts Payable Administrator** to join our team

This position can be based out of our **Acheson** or **Red Deer** facility. Our teams have returned to our office facilities, and remote work is not available for this role.

The role of the **Accounts Payable Administrator** manages all aspects of vendor relationships for our company. This includes receiving and processing invoices, performing all transactional entries to the accounts payable system. This position is also responsible for processing employee expense reports and handling all internal and external inquiries related to accounts payable.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Receives and reviews incoming invoices
- Prepares invoices for coding and approval, which includes matching PO’s to invoices
- Responsible for day-to-day processing and posting of outstanding vendor invoices
- Prepares journal entries and account accruals (fuel-month-end)
- Identify problems and discrepancies from vendor statements and general inquiries, resolve issues
- Validates the calculated sales tax prior to posting
- Act as fuel expense administrator-maintain fuel cards and PIN’s and prepares weekly and monthly reports for fuel card transactions.
- Act as administrator for SAP Concur expense reporting-set up users in concur, assist with report creations, answer general inquiries regarding expense reporting
- Review and approve expense reports reported through SAP Concur system-verifying user compliance with regards to company reporting policies
- Check and verify out of pocket expenses for reimbursement reported through Concur to assess the accuracy, completeness and conformance to company policies and standards before approving payment for processing
- Resolve issues directly with employee or manager for noncompliance expenses reported through Concur.
- Coordinates with Payroll for any unapproved expenses that are to be Payroll deducted.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Experience working in accounting software; SAP and Concur experience are an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and vendor relationship skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and data accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent

The Precision Well Servicing team is responsible for well completions, workovers, and abandonments. We use a variety of service rigs that are suited to each scope of work. The wells are located in the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin which includes Northern BC, Northwest Territories, Alberta and Saskatchewan.
