Manage and oversee technical projects from initiation through delivery
- Estimate projects based on drawings. Have knowledge of reading and comprehending geotechnical drawings.
- Develop and strategize sales in the North American market. always look for new opportunities for expansion to other markets.
- be able to do material take-offs and put an estimate together.
- making relationships and bringing in new customers and potential projects.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide status reports
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables
- Evaluate market trends, and potential products and develop business strategies.

Minimum Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proven experience in product management and requirements management
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Knowledge of waterfall project management principles
- Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, AutoCAD.
