**Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Expertise**: Utilize in-depth technical knowledge to assist customers in identifying and selecting the right parts for their hydronic heating and plumbing systems.
- **Sales**: Actively engage with customers, both in person and over the phone, to understand their requirements and provide tailored product recommendations. Meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the latest products, industry trends, and advancements to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts. Track and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels using company systems and software.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team, technical support, and other departments to facilitate seamless communication and enhance overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical parts sales role.
- Strong technical background in hydronic heating and plumbing systems.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Logistics experience, including inventory management and coordination with shipping and receiving.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
