Boeing Vancouver is seeking a **Manager** **of Product Management**, for the Analytics Solutions Portfolio, working out of the **Vancouver, British Columbia** office. Our mission in the Analytics Solutions Portfolio is to create products and services for aviation that harness the power of analytics and airplane sensor data, enabling our customers to optimize efficiency, support sustainability, and deliver enhanced reliability and safety. This position reports to the Senior Manager of the Portfolio.

As a manager on the Analytics Solutions team, you will lead a team of product managers working alongside a multidisciplinary team of software developers, data scientists, and domain SMEs to build cutting-edge data-science based products. You are motivated by a keen interest in analytics and building products that democratize data science, and a strong desire to help customers solve hard problems and achieve business value using our products.

You’ll need to be a “player coach”, leading while contributing directly to the roadmap and delivery of new and innovative analytics products for aviation. - Develop and execute project and process plans, acquire resources for projects and processes, and set operational and business goals. Contribute to business reporting and management of portfolio resources and budget.
- Manage employees performing product management activities. Coach, support, and develop direct report employees, and provide feedback, encouragement and motivation.
