Job Description
What is the opportunity?
In this role, you will deliver product expertise and onboarding support for complex cash management products. You will work directly with commercial clients on a project basis to complete the onboarding of connectivity, payables, receivables and reporting products. You will also partner with and serve as a primary product advocate between RBC clients, Commercial Financial Services (CFS), Corporate Client Group (CCG) treasury solution salesforce, integration / servicing teams, and product teams to answer questions and address client-specific requirements, enabling consistency and accuracy in client communications.
What will you do?
- Project manage the customer implementation in line with the quality and time commitments and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with stakeholders (including Relationship Managers, Product teams, sales managers, client service teams, legal, etc.) to deliver the solutions in a coordinated and timely manner to realize revenue
- Enhance productivity and sustain high quality client centric service culture
- Drive innovation and industry best practice in coordination with product team in the development and delivery of client implementation methodologies, tools and techniques
- Develop tools and techniques to support the provisioning, management and trouble-shooting of technology-based issues as part of client implementation lifecycle
- Program and change management – promote a culture of professional program/ project leadership in a client facing delivery environment, with accountability for all implementation activities as part of client transition through the solutions delivery to business-as-usual
- Governance & control – focus on the effective management of delivery, commercial & operational risk as part of deal execution and fulfilment lifecycle
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- 5+ years of experience & strong subject knowledge in commercial banking and cash management
- Proven ability to prioritize and adapt to a fast paced environment, as this is an intense high volume project role requiring above average organizational skills and a proven capacity for time management across several projects.
- Willingness to learn new skills while building partnerships with stakeholders and fostering team work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; notably the ability to straddle high-level / strategic client conversations and the technical nuances of the product platform
