Senior Product Management Specialist

Position Overview
What is the opportunity?
In this position, you will provide product knowledge and onboarding assistance for intricate cash management solutions. You will engage directly with commercial clients on a project basis to facilitate the integration of connectivity, payables, receivables, and reporting services. Additionally, you will collaborate and act as a primary product representative between RBC clients, Commercial Financial Services (CFS), Corporate Client Group (CCG) treasury solution sales teams, integration/service teams, and product teams to address inquiries and meet client-specific needs, ensuring consistency and precision in client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the customer implementation process in accordance with quality standards and timelines, achieving high levels of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders (including Relationship Managers, Product teams, sales managers, client service teams, legal, etc.) to deliver solutions in a synchronized and timely manner to generate revenue.
- Enhance efficiency and maintain a high-quality client-focused service culture.
- Foster innovation and industry best practices in collaboration with the product team in the creation and execution of client implementation methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Develop tools and techniques to assist in the provisioning, management, and troubleshooting of technology-related issues throughout the client implementation lifecycle.
- Lead program and change management efforts – promote a culture of professional program/project leadership in a client-facing delivery environment, with accountability for all implementation activities as clients transition through the solutions delivery to business-as-usual operations.
- Governance & control – concentrate on the effective management of delivery, commercial, and operational risks throughout the deal execution and fulfillment lifecycle.
Qualifications for Success
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of experience and strong subject matter expertise in commercial banking and cash management.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and French) is essential, as you will frequently assist clients with both English and French-speaking needs.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment, as this role involves high-volume projects requiring exceptional organizational skills and proven time management across multiple initiatives.
- Openness to acquiring new skills while building partnerships with stakeholders and promoting teamwork.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; particularly the ability to navigate high-level strategic client discussions and the technical details of the product platform.
