**The Opportunity**

Limelight Software is growing and we are looking to add a **Business Development Representative** (SaaS) to our high-energy team

**Title**: Business Development Representative

**Location**: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid work model)

**Hours**: Full-time, Flexible hours

**Compensation Package**: Base and Performance Bonus

**Perks**: Extended Healthcare and Dental Package; Employee Development Reimbursement Program, Paid Parking (for Hybrid days)

**A Day in a Life**
- Collect, understand, and communicate the prospect's challenges
- Book introductory calls with qualified prospects
- Build and maintain a solid relationship with prospective customers.
- Building sales messaging & sales cadences for efficient and effective sales outreach
- Assist in the management of the Sales inbox, respond to live chat messages
- Generating requirements from prospects to continuously strengthen the product.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on top of funnel sales activities surrounding marketing initiatives.
- Work closely and collaboratively with a team of Account Executives

**Nice-to-haves**:

- 1+ years of inbound or outbound sales experience, preferably selling a B2B SaaS product.
- Understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
- Familiarity with sales tech like HubSpot, Outreach.io, Yesware, Vimeo & Zoom
- Proven track record of driving results.
