Strada is an established well-managed and well-equipped product & services company with operating locations in both Markham and Brantford Ontario. Our company has unique capabilities and solid credentials to serve both the traffic sign market & through our Printworks division; provide large format graphics for the POP/Retail industry sectors.
Our next level growth requires an experienced industry sales leader to join our management team and continue to strengthen & expand our customer base and market positions.
We foster a principled business operating culture, supported by a group of industry talented professionals who are service focused towards retention and growth.
As an accomplished sales leader, you’re a natural team player who knows how to build and strengthen professional relationships, execute business strategies, form critical alliances & develop industry relationships. You are viewed as as a hands-on natural sales driver, you possess relevant abilities to plan, expand networks, respond to customer needs and develop sales relationships.
**Experience & Minimum Qualifications**:
- University or a college Degree in a relevant field is required. Those with extensive industry related experience in a similar sales leadership position will be considered.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales management, outside sales, account management or related industry leadership role is required.
- Well-developed practical abilities with office and business software (MS Office products, CRM ) to create templates, quotes, budgets and proposals.
- Excellent abilities to establish priorities & attain objectives, monitor target performance, and employ strategies and tactics for successful achievement of stated goals. You work well both independently and within a team setting. Experienced supervisory abilities to direct, lead and support existing sales team members. Excellent oral, written skills & presentation abilities is critical. French communication abilities is a strong plus.
**Responsibilities**:
- Continuous sales growth within our core markets.
- Utilize CRM activities to strengthen activities relevant to customer retention, market growth and product sales.
- Directly identify, strengthen existing relationships, and align our capabilities with target markets and support stakeholders.
- Consistent communication, support, and active participation to ensure team success within customer service, operational and administrative departments.
- Active program to support customer internal team strategies to expand & strengthen business relationships at peer-to-peer levels.
- Support performance standards through monthly KPI programs.
- Establish territory and regional customer contact schedules with input and in coordination with territory and regional sales networks.
