**NATURE AND SCOPE**
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for developing and leading a high-performing sales team, focused on acquiring new customers, retaining existing clients, and driving sales growth. Through ongoing training and performance management, the Inside Sales Manager will ensure the team is effectively leveraging all available sales, marketing, and technical tools to identify opportunities for customer acquisition and sales growth. Working closely with the USA & CDN VP of Sales, the Inside Sales Manager will develop strategies that align with the roles and responsibilities of the team, providing oversight to ensure consistent delivery on weekly and monthly KPIs. A key aspect of success in this role will be the optimization of Salesforce, not only as a sales and marketing tool but also as a performance management system.
**SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Collaborate with the USA & CDN VP of Sales to develop a comprehensive fiscal action plan for each Inside Sales Team member.
- Ensure team has access to all necessary sales & marketing tools for successful execution of the action plans.
- Monitor team performance through sales reports and Salesforce dashboards to ensure achievement of weekly and monthly KPIs, with a focus on meeting fiscal plan goals.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, providing guidance or corrective action where necessary.
- Coach team members on best practices for prospecting, account management, upselling, cross-selling, and issue resolution.
- Serve as the first point of contact for escalations beyond the team's control or expertise.
- Lead the onboarding and training of new Inside Sales Team members to ensure a smooth transition.
- Oversee the management of the team’s Day Force schedules and vacation schedules, ensuring accurate tracking and adequate coverage.
- Research and recommend new technologies to enhance the customer experience and improve team efficiency.
**RELEVANT SKILLS**:
- At least 5 years of Sales Management experience
- Previous experience in the promotional products industry is preferred
- Proven experience in performance management and coaching
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Advanced proficiency in core Microsoft products: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong expertise in optimizing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and team management skills
- Proficient in delivering presentations and communicating through digital platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and WebEx
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve high standards
- Highly organized with strong time management and performance management skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $110,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
