Bittele Electronics is a well-established and growing electronics company. We take pride in being one of the leading electronics manufacturers in Ontario, Canada. We serve customers worldwide but mainly in USA and Canada. With production facility in China and Canada, we are securing a strong brand and reputation in low volume Turn-key PCB assembly in the EMS industry.

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Account Management team to and beyond our revenue targets. This position will report to the Director of Sales and salary is dependent upon experience.

**Responsibilities (not exhaustive)**
- Managing an AM team of 12 to grow market share and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Tracking of AM sales performance through KPIs and developing strategies to course correct and improve performance when required. Individual target setting that challenges the team appropriately while maintaining balance and operational harmony.
- Customer engagement to intake and fulfill orders, but also understand and discover incremental business opportunities through cross selling and upselling.
- Analyzing and responding to changing market conditions, driving internal practices and process improvements to maintain competitive edge.
- Training new sales associates on internal processes and quoting parameters to win opportunities and effectively manage clients.
- Communicating and escalating all client related concerns cross-functionally to ensure customer success and maximize retention.
- Managing and assignment of inbound sales leads based on location, nature of the opportunity and staff skill.
- Other tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Technologist or technician diploma in an Electronics Technologist, Technical or Engineering program preferred, and/or a combination of university education with significant electronics industry experience.
- A combination of inside and outside sales experience a must.
- Customer support / success experience an asset.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Knowledge of schematics, PCB design, SMT and electronic components.
- Strong oral and written English communication skills with a technical mindset.
- Strong skills with ERP platforms, MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Publisher would be an asset.
