**Inbound Coordinator**:

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the timely receipt, unloading, and inspection of inbound shipments in compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
- Ensure that all inbound shipments adhere to customs requirements and that necessary documentation, such as import licenses and permits, are accurately prepared and maintained.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate recording and storage of inbound goods in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Work with warehouse staff and forklift operators to prioritize and schedule inbound shipment unloading, ensuring efficient use of warehouse space.
- Conduct inspections of inbound goods to verify their condition and quantity, reporting any discrepancies or damages to the appropriate departments.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments to facilitate the smooth movement of goods and ensure accurate shipment information.
- Accurately enter and maintain inbound shipment data, including tracking numbers, customs documentation, and delivery details.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that all inbound operations comply with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to inbound shipments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in inbound logistics, customs compliance, or bonded warehouse operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with customs regulations, import/export documentation, and bonded warehouse requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues related to inbound logistics.
- Comfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
