Reporting to the Director, People Analytics & Insights, the Lead, People Analytics & Insights will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of our employee listening strategy, harnessing feedback through multiple channels to enhance the employee experience.
**As a member of this team, you will be responsible for**:
Playing a key role in the delivery of the Employee Experience Survey globally including report design, data analysis, communications, training, and action planning
Providing leadership and support for the development of surveys and analysis of employee experience data across employee journeys (from hire to retire)
Partnering with stakeholders on the evaluation and impact of organization-wide people programs
Engaging in high-impact employee experience research using advanced statistical analysis with both qualitative and quantitative data
Identifying opportunities to improve our people strategy and business strategy using insights from employee experience data and research
Communicating insights and recommendations to leaders at all levels in a clear way that influences and inspires action
Upskilling team members and stakeholders on data analytics, data visualizations, and research methods
Participating in the design and delivery of analytical solutions including dashboards, scorecards, and reports to generate insights
Lead HR survey platform governance and best practices
Researching external trends and relevant industry benchmarks
Providing relevant data and insights to business leaders and HR partners as required
Participating in special projects and initiatives where people analytics support is required
**To succeed in this role, you have**:
Completed post-graduate degree (e.g., MA) with a major in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field preferred
Expertise and knowledge in the areas of employee engagement, leadership, and culture
Experience with survey design, research design and program evaluation
Experience with Qualtrics survey platform preferred
Minimum 3 years of professional work experience
Expertise in statistical methods (e.g., correlation, regression, etc.), statistical programs (e.g., R) and Microsoft Excel
Self-motivated, requiring mínimal direct supervision
Excellent time and project management skills with proven interpersonal and multi-tasking proficiency
Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, written, presentation preparation and delivery)
Strong ability to collaborate across teams, with a high level of comfort in partnering with employees and leaders at all levels
Change management and stakeholder engagement experience, in aligning programs and priorities to advancing strategic business plans
Ability to synthesize trends and patterns from large amounts of data to key insights
Workday experience considered an asset
