About the Role


Tiger Analytics is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Data Analytics Lead to lead our advanced analytics consulting practice in Supply Chain and Retail. As a key member of our team, you will drive business growth by developing and implementing data-driven solutions that unlock new revenue streams and improve operational efficiency.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement advanced analytics strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure knowledge transfer and succession planning
  • Requirements

    • 12-14 years of professional work experience with at least 8 years in business data analytics
    • Experience in Retail or CPG domain is required
    • Supply Chain background and prior experience in areas of Demand, Supply, Shipping, Inventory Planning etc. is highly desirable
    • Experience working with large data sets is preferable (with an emphasis on business analysis problems)
    • Experience working with offshore teams
    • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field with experience in areas such as Supply chain planning and operations, E-commerce and store retail experience preferred
    • Demonstrated technical, and analytical skill set to work with analytics toolkit such as: Python, SQL, Git, Power BI, PySpark, MS Azure services
