Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team in the food industry. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of Viennoiserie pastries, and desserts, in our Bakery. Your attention to detail and creativity will contribute to the overall success of our Bakery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and propose new recipes and products.
- Prepare and bake a wide range of Viennoiserie pastries, and desserts, according to recipes and quality standards
- Decorate pastries using various techniques to enhance their visual appeal
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed at all times
- Collaborate with other Bakery staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely production
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station and Bakery area
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

**Skills**:

- Previous experience working in a professional bakery.
- Strong knowledge of Viennoiserie pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality pastries
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Attention to detail and precision in decorating pastries
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Customer service-oriented mindset to ensure customer satisfaction with our pastry offerings

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

- Baking: 3 years (preferred)
