**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and compassionate Human Resource Associate / Nursing Team Lead who will serve a dual role, overseeing human resource functions while leading our nursing team to ensure the highest standards of patient care. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about both human resources and healthcare leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Human Resource Duties:_
- Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding new staff members.
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and industry standards.
- Assist in employee performance evaluations and support employee relations.
- Facilitate training and development programs for healthcare staff.
- Nursing Team Lead Duties:_
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of nurses and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care in alignment with agency standards.
- Coordinate and oversee daily nursing operations and staffing needs.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring professional development and patient care excellence.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve care delivery and patient outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (required).
- Active RN license (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or nursing leadership role.
- Experience in human resources, preferably within healthcare.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care and staff management.
