We are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager - SMB to join our passionate team. Growing your career as a Full Time Account Manager is an awesome opportunity to develop excellent skills and career path in sales and account management.

The focus of the role is the attainment, nurturing, development and growth of SMB accounts that drives revenues and profitability for the company. The role will require an ability to develop and manage B2B relationships, understand business requirements and solution sell to an assigned set and/or territory of existing small to medium sized business customers.

**Core Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Work with internal departments to create RFQs, Quotes, and Orders as required in the sales process and negotiate, perform follow-ups and updates as needed to close business
- Establish frequent (defined by account) contact with assigned customers to learn about their business, understand performance, identify new opportunities, threats and risks, and provide strong solution based sales efforts
- Track, manage and provide visibility on various customer accounts and sales cycle opportunities using our CRM system
- Support marketing initiatives within your book of business and regularly participate in internal and external trainings to keep up with industry trends and solutions
- Handle customer enquiries around available services, pricing or various business issues/requests
- Contact customers, obtain feedback, and facilitate solutions (often working with other departments) to customer issues/problems to improve customer service
- Monitor account performance to ensure retention and growth across all modes for all customers.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.

**Required Skills, Qualifications and Abilities**:

- 3-5 years general Sales experience, Inside Sales experience a plus
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience - preferred.
- Experience with CRM software, Salesforce experience a plus.
- Strong relationship management skills
- An unwavering positive attitude and strong drive for results
- Demonstrates good judgment in analyzing information to make routine decisions.
- Excellent over the phone communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including a strong familiarity with the Microsoft Platform.
- College diploma Degree --preferred
