**About the Job**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Process invoices and inter-company transactions
- Ensure and prepare payments weekly (cheques)
- Ensure all invoices are entered in compliance with government sales tax regulations
- Ensure accounts payable records are up to date
- Reconcile A/P balance sheet accounts
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Maintain vendor files
- Establish and maintain good vendor relationships
- Respond to vendor inquiries
- Monthly Sales Tax Payments
- Billing - Purchasing
- Manage Accounts Receivable Ageing

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum three years’ experience (high volume)
- Strong Organizational, Oral and Written communication skills
- Meet all deadlines
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Bilingual - English and French

- both English and French (preferred)
