- Coordinate and oversee the shipping process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
- Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs documentation
- Package and label products according to company standards
- Utilize warehouse distribution systems, such as SOS, to track inventory and manage orders
- Collaborate with warehouse personnel to ensure proper storage and organization of products
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or discrepancies
- Communicate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Process e-commerce orders and coordinate with fulfillment centers for order fulfillment

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate packaging and labeling of products
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and distribution processes
- Familiarity with e-commerce order processing systems
- Basic math skills for calculating quantities, weights, and dimensions of shipments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and customers
