**This is a remote opportunity in Canada**

**This position reports to the Team Lead**

RESPONSIBILTIES
- Provide first line support to our client’s ERP platform.
- Provide support to all team members at their 250 plus locations across Canada.
- Responsibility for functional and technical support and remote trouble shooting for all locations.
- ERP support team provides 5X12 support, therefore the Support Specialist must be able to work shifts as required.

OTHER SKILLS
- Bilingual ( English, French) is an asset’
- ERP experience is an asset, preferred Infor-M3.
- Excellent communication skills are a much ( verbal, written, presentation ) plus good listening skills.
- High energy, team player, willing to go the extra mile.

EDUCATION
- Degree / diploma in Technology / Business or related discipline.
- 3+ years experience
- Experience working will business system software ERP and CRM systems.
- Customer service desk experience an asset.
