The Bilingual New Accounts Specialist (French/English) role remains one of the most important customer facing positions across the organization. As a primary point of contact during the initial customer journey, the objective of a Bilingual New Accounts Specialist is to create and foster a positive relationship with Questrade customers.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Helping Canadians become much more financially successful and secure
- Continuously providing a high level customer experience by demonstrating our We Care values during each customer interaction
- Educating customers on Questrade’s trading platforms, and our products and services
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding journey, from start to finish
- Receiving weekly/monthly coaching, mentoring, and training from sales team members
- Participating and engaging in strategic sales initiatives, both for the department and for your respective team

**Qualifications**:

- Required: 1 - 2 years’ work experience in a sales environment with a strong focus on putting the customer first
- Required: Fluent in English and French, both verbal and written
- Desired: Strong communication skills and a quick learner
- Desired: Knowledgeable and passionate about financial markets and investment products
- Desired: Contact center experience, ideally in financial services

**Interviewing process for this role**:

- Virtual interview with the sales leadership team

**Compensation breakdown**:

- Base salary + monthly performance bonus
