**Bilingual Administrative Assistant, New Business**:
**Location: Remote - Ontario or Quebec**

Empire life is looking to hire a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, New Business to join our Group Operations team

**What you’ll be working on**- Monitor the progress of multiple ongoing implementations and provide regular updates to the customers and distribution partnersManage the end to end implementation process to ensure commitments are achievable and met-
- Create a strong first impression of Empire by demonstrating a personal touch, being easy to do business with and professional-
- Evaluate and gather additional information, if required; formulate and communicate decisions to ensure a smooth process for the client-
- Work with appropriate peers to recommend and/or establish special contract and/or booklet presentation as required-
- Liaise effectively with end customers, distribution partners and other business units-
- Support the service and administrative requirements of the business unit- .

**What we’re looking for you to have**- Bilingualism (English/French)-
- Completion of a College or University diploma in business administration or related discipline-
- 1+ years work experience in an office environment-
- Clear writing, listening and communication skills-
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks or projects-
- Ability to work independently and as a team member-
- Attention to detail/accuracy-
- Experience in the insurance/financial services industry is an asset-
- Knowledge of group products, contract provisions and administrative procedures is an asset-
- Working towards ACS designation through LOMA or taking Group Primer courses/CEBS is an asset- **Beyond the salary**:
