Working to promote Bethesda’s values, vision and mission statement and quality client care the Information Technology Coordinator provides Information Technology support to all computer users within Bethesda.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and administer the use of computers and peripheral equipment.

Ø Parts diagnosis

Ø Troubleshoot computer and peripherals for repair or replacement

Ø Maintenance of computers and devices

Ø Network maintenance and administration, including security

Ø Setup connections to the network, cabling and connectors
- Install computer hardware, networking software and operating system software.

Ø Operating system, drivers, hardware and software installation, administration and upgrade

Ø Installation and configuration of computers and devices
- Provide problem-solving services to network users.

Ø Categorize user requests and escalate issues
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations
- Guarantee access to information and resources in a secure and controlled manner
- Maintain control of records.
- Implement data, software, and hardware security procedures.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Communication systems administration and maintenance

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of a College Diploma in a related discipline.
- One year of experience in the field.
- A+ Certification of Microsoft Applications preferred.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize appropriately.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Maintain and adhere to schedules and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Satisfactory disciplinary and attendance records are required. French/English bilingualism is an asset.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thorold, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
