Thorold, Canada Bethesda Community Services Full time

Bethesda is currently recruiting one (1) Full-Time Contract Administrative Assistant to support Human Resources and Facilities. This contract will continue until March 31, 2023.

Working to uphold Bethesda’s vision and mission, applicants must possess a desire to work in a fast-paced environment with an attention to detail and demonstrate a dedication to upholding strong ethical and professional standards.

**Qualifications**:

- College Diploma in Office Administration or related field is required
- Two-Four years related experience is required
- Demonstrated proficiencies in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks throughout the day
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and privacy practices including sending and receiving information
- Experience with maintaining electronic records
- Experience with collaborating and maintaining a positive working relationship with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with providing customer service
- Strong ability to work with multiple team members
- The ability to create and maintain spreadsheets and databases
- The ability to transcribe minutes, and maintain variety of filing systems
- Experience coordinating meetings and events
- Experience developing and copy editing promotional materials (i.e. Brochures and Newsletters)
- General administrative duties including professional and polite office reception
- Ability to travel between various work locations
- Strong commitment to privacy and confidentiality with knowledge of pertinent legislation
- French/English Bilingualism is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
