**YOUR ROLE**
The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Sperry Ecommerce business and for achieving sales targets. You will use data to brief optimizations into the development and marketing teams to improve user journeys and ensure growth of organic traffic, AOV, conversion and customer retention.
The Ecommerce Manager will have strong commercial acumen, be data passionate, and have great attention to detail.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Site Operations**
- Coordinate and oversee the collaboration with the internal digital development team
- Recommend modern approaches to achieve a digital seamless experience, prioritising shopability and delivering an excellent consumer experience on the website
**Digital Analytics**
- Lead analytics effort to understand site and customer behaviour to identify opportunities to improve the online customer journeys and generate revenue.
- Analyses, synthesises, and presents data in a way that is actionable for project stakeholders and executives.
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly ecommerce results reports.
**Digital Experience**
- Responsible for the entirety of the onsite experience, ensuring all promotions, products and content is added to the site when required.
- Be obsessed by the customer experience and make it a differentiated competitive advantage for Sperry
**SEO**
- Oversee the SEO optimizations strategy and incorporate best practices into our site experience to increase organised traffic to the website.
**Online Merchandising**
- Create full-cycle merchandising strategies aligned with the Go-To-Market.
- Continuously optimise landing pages, product display, product information, on-site search
- Testing: Improve lower funnel KPIS through a test and learn approach, continuously implementing changes and validating outcomes to maximise on marketing lead generation opportunities.
**People**
- Work in a consultative manner with a cross-functional set of teams to ensure the correct desired digital experience is delivered on time and on brand
- Display a dedicated approach to motivate, develop and retain talent.
- Encourage a high level of trust and transparency across all levels and functions.

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent amount of relevant professional experience
- 6+ years of relevant experience in B2C eCommerce
- Proven ability to manage an ecommerce business
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Exceptional critical thinking skills and ability to lead high-performance teams
- Adept at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Thrives in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
- Exceptional ability to present, persuade and inspire at all levels in an organization
