**For full-time employees**:

Purpose of the role
Under the supervision of the E-Commerce Manager, the incumbent is responsible for planning and ensuring the execution of the daily operations of La Vie en Rose's e-commerce. He/she participates in the development of e-commerce strategies as well as the deployment of any changes and projects in order to maximize the sales potential of the website.
Key responsabilities
- Participate in the development of strategic plans for e-commerce;
- Work in collaboration with the content strategy and creative teams to design the site's digital banners and other marketing initiatives while ensuring respect for La Vie en Rose's brand image;
- Coordinate all daily activities, including the deployment of promotional campaigns, e-commerce;
- Plan and maintain the web calendar;
- Write and update briefing sessions;
- Follow up on projects;
- Be responsible for quality testing and control;
- Optimize the customer experience by ensuring the constant improvement of the design, content, navigation, brand image, performance and functionality of the site;
- Measure the performance of the website on an ongoing basis in order to identify problems and opportunities and thus propose solutions;
- Ensure the implementation and compliance with best practices in e-commerce;
- Regularly perform effective benchmark;
- Stay on top of e-commerce trends;
- Ensure good communication and cooperation with the various departments and teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management or equivalent;
- 3 years of experience in an e-commerce position;
- Experience in the retail and/or fashion industry (an asset);
- Experience with Optimizely (an asset);
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other performance analysis tools;
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (an asset);
- Basic knowledge of SEO (an asset);
- Knowledge of digital media;
- Proficiency in the Office Suite: Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- Bilingual, both oral and written French and English (The person will have to do marketing campaigns for the Canadian market).
