**E-commerce Manager**

We are seeking an experienced and strategic E-Commerce Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. If you have a passion for fashion, a proven track record in e-commerce, expertise in data analysis, and a flair for creative asset creation, we want you to join our dynamic team

**Responsibilities**:
1. **E-Commerce Strategy and Data Analysis**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategy, integrating data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
- Utilize analytics tools to assess website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

2. **Shopify Website Management**:

- Lead the management of our Shopify website, overseeing day-to-day operations, and implementing data-driven optimizations to enhance the customer experience and drive conversions.

3. **Promotions and Newsletter Campaigns**:

- Develop and lead promotional campaigns, leveraging data insights to identify opportunities for increased customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage newsletter campaigns, analyzing performance metrics and refining communication strategies to maximize impact.

4. **Social Media Management**:

- Craft compelling and on-brand social media copy and assets, overseeing the execution of content calendars.
- Utilize data analysis to inform content strategy, monitor engagement metrics, and adjust strategies to drive audience growth.

5. **Ad Campaign Creation and Management**:

- Develop and manage online advertising campaigns, utilizing data analysis to optimize targeting, bidding, and creative elements.
- Regularly analyze ad performance through platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads, adjusting strategies for optimal results.

6. **Blog Post Creation**:

- Oversee the creation of engaging and informative blog posts, incorporating data-driven insights to address customer preferences and trends.
- Utilize SEO analytics to optimize content for improved search engine rankings.

7. **Merchandising Support**:

- Collaborate with the merchandising team to leverage data in curating and presenting products for maximum appeal on the website.
- Implement data-informed merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and maximize sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce fashion site, with a strong background in data analysis.
- Previous managerial experience leading a high-performing marketing team.
- Proficiency in Shopify platform.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.

2. **Gestion du site Web Shopify**:

- Diriger la gestion de notre site Web Shopify, en supervisant les opérations quotidiennes et en mettant en œuvre des optimisations basées sur les données pour améliorer l'expérience client et générer des conversions.

3. **Promotions et campagnes de newsletter**:

- Développer et diriger des campagnes promotionnelles, en tirant parti des informations sur les données pour identifier les opportunités d'augmentation de l'engagement client et des taux de conversion.
- Gérer les campagnes de newsletter, analyser les mesures de performance et affiner les stratégies de communication pour maximiser l'impact.

4. **Gestion des médias sociaux**:

- Créer des textes et des actifs convaincants et adaptés à la marque sur les réseaux sociaux, en supervisant l'exécution des calendriers de contenu.
