**For full-time employees**:

THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Under the supervision of the E-Commerce Manager, the incumbent will assist the E-Commerce team by collaborating on the daily tasks essential to the proper functioning and outreach of the website.
- Assist in all daily activities and various projects related to e-commerce.
- Write and update briefing sessions.
- Complete follow-ups using our project management system.
- Perform testing and quality control and identify resulting issues.
- Be responsible for update communications on the website.
- Assist with product uploads and maintenance of the product catalog.
- Assist with product enhancements, image uploads and color swatches.
- Be a support for all product scheduling requests on the website.
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of promotions.
- Participate in the optimization of the user experience on the website.
- Assist in the creation of reports to measure e-commerce performance.
- Provide support in the organization and execution of various projects.
- Anticipate the needs of the team and provide proactive support.
- Conduct effective competitive intelligence on a regular basis.
- Ensure good communication and cooperation with the various departments and teams.
- Perform all other related tasks.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Post secondary education in marketing, business, management or equivalent.
- 1-2 years experience in an e-commerce position (an asset).
- Experience in the retail and/or fashion industry (an asset).
- Mastery of the Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and to adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and establish priorities.
- Organizational skills, autonomous and able to evolve in a changing environment.
- Thoroughness, rigor, and attention to detail.
- Proven interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Bilingual, both orally and in writing (French and English).
