À propos du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un-e Category manager sport. Au sein de l’équipe de commerce électronique, cette personne sera chargée de la commercialisation de son offre sport sur le numérique au Canada afin de stimuler la croissance de l’entreprise et assurer la satisfaction de la clientèle.

Ce que vous ferez
- Construire la stratégie commerciale numérique de votre offre produits sur decathlon.ca
- Établir un plan commercial annuel en identifiant les opportunités commerciales selon les tendances et les saisons
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle
- Identifier et animer la liste des produits les plus pertinents
- Identifier des moments de communication sportive
- Analyse des performances économiques
- Assurer le pilotage hebdomadaire et annuel du chiffre d’affaires
- Analyser la performance et le plan d’action
- Identifier et mettre en place des leviers de transformation
- Définir la stratégie d’e-marchandisage de votre périmètre:

- Co-construire l’arborescence la plus performante pour votre clientèle
- Garantir le meilleur marchandisage des produits de votre offre
- Garantir la qualité et la cohérence des descriptions de produits et s’assurer qu’elles répondent aux besoins de votre clientèle

PROFIL
- Cinq ans d’expérience pertinente en commerce électronique au Canada
- Passion pour le commerce électronique, ses innovations et le monde du sport
- Très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais
- Très bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Excel
- Excellente compréhension de l’analytique Web, idéalement de Google Analytics; expérience en analyse de la performance de campagnes et en production de rapports; capacité à cerner les tendances pour générer une croissance et de meilleurs résultats
- Rigueur, esprit analytique et facilité avec les chiffres
- Approche stratégique et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et de les exécuter au besoin
- Grande curiosité, esprit d’initiative et intérêt pour la nouveauté
- Possibilité de voyager, au besoin
- Grande motivation, autonomie et sens de l’organisation
- Capacité de s’adapter à un environnement qui évolue rapidement
